Summer Marine Biology Course at Seahorse Key

Field Problems in Marine Biology (ZOO 4403C) is a six credit course given by Dr. Frank Maturo and guest specialists. It is offered in summer Term A and has a limited enrollment. The course will include 2 hours of lectures and 4 or more hours of laboratory each day. Monday through Wednesday noon the class will meet in Carr Hall while all class activities from Wednesday noon through Friday will be at the UF Marine Laboratory on Seahorse Key in the Gulf of Mexico.

The application for the course (due February 22 or as soon as possible after that) includes an essay on why you would like to take the course. Applications and information are available in the Zoology Departmental Office, 223 Bartram.
