Interview Strategies

To help both mentors and mentee applicants prepare for interviews, this list of interview strategies and questions was compiled for mentors by Dr. Alison Roark, based on suggestions from the 2008-2009 mentor group. These strategies and questions are intended to help mentors identify mentees who will be a good match to the research project and the lab team.
