The Department of Biology offers Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Botany and in

of undergraduate life sciences courses in biology, botany and zoology that can be
taken for major credit, elective credit or general education credit by students
in majors across the UF campus. Department faculty mentor undergraduate students
participating in research projects ranging from molecular and cellular biology to
evolutionary biology and population ecology.

Students interested in combining the UFTeach program with the Biology, Botany or Zoology degree should contact their major advisor and the UFTeach advisor.
