Closed Section Form
Biology, Botany and Zoology majors who want to enroll in closed sections of BOT 2011C, PCB 3063, PCB 4043C, PCB 4723C or ZOO 3713C should bring a completed Closed Section Form (below) to the CLAS Academic Advising Center no later than November 15th for spring semester and or May 1st for fall semester.
- Electronic Closed Section Form. Complete this form online using Adobe Reader, then print it and deliver it to the Academic Advising Center.
- Closed Section Form. Print this form and complete it in pen, then deliver it to the Academic Advising Center.
